Terms of Service

1. Service

HII Mail provides free email accounts (@hii.so) with REST API access. By using this service you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use HII Mail for spam, phishing, harassment, or any illegal activity. Automated bulk sending must comply with rate limits (Free: 100/day, Pro: 500/day, Ultra: 2,000/day).

3. Account

You are responsible for your account credentials and API keys. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

4. Content

HII Mail enforces a plain-text only format (YAML + Markdown). HTML and attachments are not supported. Messages are limited to 50KB.

5. Availability

We aim for 99.5%+ uptime but provide no SLA for the free tier. Pro plan includes priority support.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for terms violations. Data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
